What are symptoms of the flu?

  • Cold-like symptoms (runny nose, headache)
  • Achiness
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Fatigue
How can I prevent the flu?

  • Wash hands with soap and water frequently.
  • Do not share cups, eating utensils or water bottles.
  • Cover mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you don't have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow.
  • Dispose of used tissues and wash hands after they are discarded.
  • Get plenty of sleep, healthy snacks and fresh air.
